Returns & Replacement Policy

At Brxblocks, we aim to deliver high-quality products and ensure customer satisfaction.

All sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

Replacement Eligibility
We only offer replacements in the following cases:

  • The item received is defective or damaged

  • The wrong item was shipped

To be eligible for a replacement:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition

  • It must be in its original packaging

  • A request must be made within 48 hours of delivery

  • Proof of purchase is required

Replacement Process
Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item. After inspection, the same item will be sent as a replacement.

Return Shipping
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue is due to our error.

Important Notes

  • We do not accept returns for change of mind, sizing issues, or personal preference
